Forth Dhyāna Heaven

The fourth Dhyāna heaven is the fourth level of the form realm among the heavens, and is inhabited by heavenly beings who have been away from desires and reached the fourth Zen state. Compared with the third Dhyāna heaven, this heaven is away from the emotions of "free from joy and wonderful happiness", and has a higher state. It has the characteristics of equanimity and mindfulness, an extremely pure heart, neither painful nor pleasant feelings, and a single mind, so it is also called the pure land of freedom from thoughts.

Forth Dhyāna Heaven is still in the realm of ordinary people, not the stream of saints. If you continue to work hard diligently, you will reach Śuddhāvāsa. By that time, you enter the Saint stream.
