You want to know how to cut off your mind, you should know that desire is born of the intention, intention is born from the thought.
You wonder: Is this thought self-generated? Or was it born from him? Or is it born together? Or is it born without a cause? You also need to know that, is this thought inside? Or is it outside? Is it in the middle of the inside outside? Or was it in the past? Or is it now? Or is it in the future?
You look for thoughts by this way, the thought became silent, no self-body.
The thought is already silent, your intention is silent, since the intention is silent, your desire will be silent; since the desire is silent, so you see all the Rūpa and Dharmas as if they were in a mirror.
Since it is like the image in the mirror, it is not real, and all actions are like bubbles, and the bubbles are not real.
So, all the Buddhas are observing and teaching in this way. Teaching this convenient way of adjusting the mind, let you adjust the mind first.
