The Second Dhyāna Heaven is the second level of the Form Realm Heaven among the heavens, and is inhabited by heavenly beings who have been away from desires and reached the second Zen state.Compared with the first dhyāna heaven, this heaven is free from psychological activities such as seeking (Vitarka) and waiting (Vicara). The mind is clear and pure, and it lives in a stable state of delight, so it is also called the land of concentration and happiness.
